General terms and conditions of rates:

All rates are based upon double occupancy. There is a $50 charge for each additional person up to four. Anyone caught with more people than registered may be asked to leave the hotel and forfeit their deposit. Children 12 and under stay for free with their parents. 

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per night, but must be registered with the front desk, kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended in the room.  See Pet Policy for more details.

All shoulder and season weekends other than peak periods subject to two night minimum.

Cancellation Policy:

A 50% non refundable deposit (of total room revenues) is charged at booking.  The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival and will only be refunded upon written receipt of cancellation no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

A 10% discount applies to three consecutive weeknights.

A 10% discount is offered to Southampton College students and their families excluding summer  weekends and holidays.
