All
rates listed above are based upon the occupancy of one parent and one
child at either the Atlantic, Bentley, or Capri Hotels in Southampton, NY.
HBBC
programs and activities are only scheduled for Sunday through Friday of
each week. Weekend Rates are listed on our Rates page.
Your
HBBC stay will include the following:
- HRH
Beach Valet Services
- Scheduled Meal Programs per
day that may include HRH Catering's Baby Food Buffets, BBQs,
Picnics and/or group visits to local restaurants
- Summer
season e-mails highlighting scheduled educational and social events,
- HBBC
Seasonal Newsletters, featuring updates on members, upcoming
activities, and seasonal events and promotions for families,
- Invitations
to HBBC sponsored seasonal events such as Hampton Hall-O-Ween which
attracted more than 850 costumed trick-or-treaters in 2003,
- Atlantic,
Bentley, and Capri hotel-based activities such as pool parties, arts
and crafts, Oak tree readings, and field day activities,
- All
appearances by farm animals, entertainers, clowns, or characters,
- All
scheduled learning
activities such as mommy & baby yoga, music classes, baby sign
language, puppet shows, and arts and crafts activities.
- Weekly schedules will be posted in advance.

Policies
and Descriptions:
| HBBC
Dinners: |
Dinners
will be scheduled at local restaurants early in the evening.
Special family rates will be negotiated with the restaurant
and the price is included in the daily rate for that day. |
| Parent
Participation: |
Parent
participation is essential to the HBBC program.
No child is allowed to participate in any HBBC activity
without an HBBC registered parent or legal guardian present for the
entire duration of the days activities. |
| Weather
Issues: |
Sometimes
it rains. When it
rains, certain HBBC activities may be cancelled.
HBBC has a variety of rainy day activities that may be
substituted subject to weather conditions. |
| Class
Limits: |
Certain
activities and events are subject to class limits based upon optimal
teacher/student ratios.
Classes will be available for registration on a first come
first serve basis.
Classes will be available at different times through the day
to allow for flexibility in scheduling. |
| Waiting
Lists: |
If
a Class Limit is met for all scheduled classes, then a waiting list
will be created for those members interested in attending the class
subject to a prior cancellation.
Best efforts will be made to create another class (based upon
demand) and to notify waiting list members of any cancellations as
soon as possible. |
| Schedule
Changes: |
Many
classes and events are subject to schedule changes.
Best efforts will be made to substitute another activity,
reschedule classes, and notify Members of any changes. |
| Deposit
and cancellation Policy: |
Please
refer to the "Credit Card Authorization Form" that will
accompany your reservation, which reads as follows: "I hereby
authorize Hampton Resorts and Hospitality, LLC to charge my credit
card$___ in order to guarantee my reservation outlined above.
I further authorize that an additional amount of $__
will be charged to my account 30 days prior to arrival, unless prior
written notice of cancellation is received.
I recognize that half of the collected deposit is
non-refundable upon receipt and half is refundable only upon receipt
of a written cancellation notice not less than 14 days prior to
check in date.
Rates at The Atlantic, The Bentley and the Capri are based
upon double occupancy.
Additional charges will be applied as stated above with a
maximum of 4 people per room.
I recognize that this reservation proposal is not a guarantee
of my reservation and that my reservation will only be guaranteed
once my full deposit payment has cleared.” |

Liability
and
Activity
Waivers:
|
Although
designed with small children in mind and with a desire to minimize
any potential risks to children and parents, activities with groups
of small children have inherent risks.
All HBBC members and all member guests are required to sign a
general liability waiver upon registration, and some additional
waivers may be required for participation in certain events or
activities. |
