The more we advertised and promoted the HBBC, the more we heard from local year-round and summer resident families who wanted to participate too!

Sooo... we introduced our Resident Family Membership Program.

Resident Family HBBC Memberships will include the following:  

• Registration rights for all 2004 HBBC summer weekday activities

• Advanced notification of availability for any sold-out events or activities

• Summer season e-mails highlighting scheduled educational and social events

• 2 Guest Passes

• HBBC Seasonal Newsletters, featuring updates on members, upcoming activities, 
  and seasonal events & promotions for families

• Invitations to HBBC sponsored seasonal family themed events such as Hampton Hall-O-Ween which attracted more than 850 costumed trick-or-treaters in 2003

• Priority Membership rights for the 2005 season. 

HBBC has scheduled activities and events for the following 7 weeks:

Resident Family Members can choose to participate in activities through the acquisition of any combination of our 5 simple activity payment programs: 

 

Basic Beach Baby

$50 per day includes 1 adult and 1 child   $25 each add’l parent or guest, $10 each add’l child

HRH Beach Valet featuring HRH Catering’s picnic lunch by Mary Spellman and beach play and educational activities at Flying Point Beach, in Southampton

Atlantic, Bentley, and Capri hotel-based activities such as bouncy castle, slip and slide, pool parties,  Oak tree readings, and field day activities.

All appearances by farm animals, entertainers, clowns, or characters on the date attended

Pay as you go for daily learning based summer activities such as mommy & baby yoga, music  classes, baby sign language, puppet shows, and arts and crafts activities (advance reservations and payment required)

Pay as you go dinners (advance reservations and payment required)

Purchase two or more consecutive days and get a 10% discount.

 

Daily Beach Baby

$125-$175 per day includes 1 adult and 1 child    Additional parent, guest and child fees depend on activities

All Basic Beach Baby Programs

2 Learning Activities such as mommy & baby yoga, music classes, baby sign language, puppet shows, and arts and crafts activities.  Weekly schedules will be posted in advance, as well as  individual class enrollment fees.

Priority registration for pay as you go dinners

Purchase two or more consecutive days and get a 10% discount

 

Summer Beach Baby	$3,500 for any 30 summer day activities Additional parent, guest and child fees depend on activities
All Monthly Beach Baby Programs
15% discount off any HBBC Hotel package for any referred guest at the Atlantic or Bentley Hotel  throughout the 2004 Summer season

must be paid in full prior to participation in any 

HBBC events.

Gratuity for our staff is not included in any 

pricing, and is at the

discretion of members.

Alcohol, Drug and

Tobacco Policy:  

Use of tobacco products or illegal drugs is not 

allowed at any HBBC event.  

HBBC Members and Guests are not allowed 

to bring alcoholic beverages to any HBBC event 

or venue.
