HBBC was originally designed as a way for New York area families
with small children to vacation together, network
with other families, and enjoy the best of the Hamptons.

The more we advertised and promoted
the HBBC,
the more we heard from local year-round and summer resident families
who wanted to participate too!
Sooo...
we introduced our
Resident Family Membership Program.
Resident
Family HBBC Memberships will include the following:

2004 HBBC summer weekday activities

availability for any sold-out events or activities

highlighting scheduled educational and social events

Policies
and Descriptions:
| HBBC
Dinners: |
Dinners
will be scheduled at local restaurants early in the evening.
Special family rates will be negotiated with the restaurant
in advance on a price per adult and price per child basis. |
| Parent
Participation: |
Parent
participation is essential to the HBBC program.
No child is allowed to participate in any HBBC
activity without an HBBC registered parent or legal guardian
present for the entire duration of the day’s activities. |
| Weather
Issues: |
Sometimes
it rains. When it
rains, certain HBBC activities may be cancelled.
HBBC has a variety of rainy day activities that will
be substituted. |
| Class
Limits: |
Certain
activities and events are subject to class limits based upon optimal
teacher/student ratios.
Class registration will be on a first come first serve basis.
Classes will be available at different times through the
day to allow for flexibility in scheduling.
If a class is over-subscribed and there is no
opportunity to provide additional classes, HBBC
Resident Members will have priority registration over Member
Guests.

| Waiting
Lists: |
If
a Class registration limit is met for all scheduled classes, and a
new class cannot be added, a waiting list will be created. Best efforts will be made to notify waiting list members of
cancellations.
|
| Schedule
Changes: |
Classes
and events are subject to schedule changes.
Best efforts will be made to substitute another
activity, reschedule classes, and notify Members of any changes.
|
|
Liability
and
Activity
Waivers:
|
Although
designed with small children in mind and with a desire to minimize
any potential risks to children and parents, all activities
involving small children have inherent risks.
HBBC members and member guests cannot participate in
any HBBC activities without signing a general liability
waiver upon registration, and some additional waivers may be
required for participation in certain events or activities. |
| Group
Discounts: |
Groups
of 3 or more friends or families registering and booking Weekly or
Monthly Beach Baby Programs at the same time are all entitled
to a 10% discount.
|
| Special
Events: |
Notification
of special events will be sent via e-mail newsletter. |
|
HBBC
Member
Guests: |
Member
Guests are entitled to attend HBBC activities without paying
membership dues with the use of an HBBC Guest Pass. Guests are responsible for applicable fees for each activity
subject to availability. All
HBBC members have registration priority over Guests for
events. |
| Transportation: |
HBBC
Members and Guests are responsible for their own transportation to
and from
all HBBC events. HBBC
does not offer any means of transportation to it’s Hotel
Members or it’s Resident Members, and assumes no responsibility
should any
Member independently decide to accept transportation from another HBBC Member.

| Beach
Parking: |
Southampton
Town Beach Parking Permits, based upon availability will be
made available to HBBC Members in the following order
of priority - Hotel Members, Summer Beach Baby, Monthly Beach
Baby, Weekly Beach Baby, Daily Beach Baby, Basic Beach Baby.

Special
Dietary
Requirements: |
If
you or your children have any special dietary requirements, HBBC
will
attempt
to accommodate such
needs. Advanced notice
will, however,
be required and additional charges may
be applied.. |
| Payment
Requirements: |
The
initial membership fee of $250 and plan fees
must be paid in full
prior
to participation
in any
HBBC events.
|

Payment
Cancellation
&
Refund
Policy |
Membership
fees and Plan payments are non-refundable and event credits cannot
be transferred. |
| Staff
Gratuity: |
Gratuity
for our staff is not included in any
pricing, and
is at the
discretion
of members. |
|
Alcohol,
Drug and
Tobacco
Policy: |
Use
of tobacco products or illegal drugs is not
allowed at
any HBBC
event.
HBBC Members and Guests are not allowed
to bring
alcoholic beverages
to any HBBC event
or venue.
